Church Building Fund

I have good news and bad news .....

Brief history of the Church and the project

The Church was built in the early 1930’s during the British era. It was then a part wooden and part brick structure serving a small congregation of 30 parishioners. In it’s evolution the church saw various changes in terms of physical and social aspects leading to the present structure with a whopping 1000 over devout Catholics of various races. Today, they flock to the Church in increasing numbers as they have witnessed, seen and blessed with the miracles at this church of humble beginning at a small town.

This growth spur has rendered the church facilities incapable of accommodating the needs of all it’s parishioners. Thus, we have embarked on building a new church not only for worship but also as a place of formation and fellowship. The new church will be on the existing premises with new facet as per in the approved plan. We thus appeal to you and the Lord’s blessing to contribute generously to this worthy project. We are sure that the Lord will bless us through St. Theresa, the patron saint of this church and shower us with unexpected miracles for our deeds. Thank You.
